A special tribute to Bangladesh through their Dance by two very talented young women from the Bangladesh Community. Tasmiah and Taayaba. Their Artistic Director is Sutapa Pal of "Mudra" Dance school.

Father Earth - Mother Sky
A live Music and Dance presentation based on the lyrics which had been written, composed by famous Novelist, Lyricist, Nobel Laureate Poet and world famous composer of India and Bangladesh from 1876-recent. The music is presented by a group of welknown community singer-performers and members joined by our current students of Mrittika Bengal class(second song).

Adult performers are : Arundhati Mallik(Director/Harmonium), Jhumpa Mallik(Violin), Arun Bhowmik(Harmonium), Jayeeta Ghosh(Solo part), Zafar Billah(Solo), Sucharita Das, Ruma Pal, Arati Bhattacharya, Ena Biswas,Tandra Bhowmik, and Arindam Chakraborty(Tabla). The children participants are : Sayam, Rishi, Kiru, Disha, Arka, Akash, Amrita, Ria, Sunaya, Diya, Ashish, Aaron, Neel, Shubham.

East Meets West
A brilliant Dance Fusion; Ballet and Flamenco with Tagore song tune followed by a refreshing folk performance by students in teens of Kalamandir, then finishing again with Classical Kathak and Bharatanatyam fusion with Western tune performed by the Senior students of "Kalamandir Dance Company / school" of our very own township Manalapan under the tutelage of Artistic Director Malabika Guha. The Folk dancers are Emily Billah, Sumaira Hai and Trusha Gavankar.
